Returns & Refunds Policy
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Returns back to our address will be at the cost of the customer.
To be eligible:
- Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags.
- You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@dirtylids.co.nz or through the 'Contact' portal on our website. From there, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your item.
We recommend using a parcel service with tracking, as we are not liable for returns that do not make it to our address. Please ensure items are sent in transit-friendly packaging.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. Please allow 3 business days for your request to be processed. In the case of denial, the item(s) will be sent back to the customer free of charge.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days and do not include the original shipping cost.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges
In the case of an exchange upon approval, the postage back to the customer is free of charge. If we are unable to fulfil your exchange request, we will contact you to arrange either a refund or another exchange option.
